If you would like to link to an external website from the menu bar it is not too hard to do. Create all your pages and then under 'edit navigation' move them all to the right hand so they are invisible.

Then make a new menu bar at www.flashvortex.com The generator will lead you through the easy steps of choosing button colours and linking to the pages you have created. You may have to publish your site first to figure out the correct url title for every page and you can leave the pages in the yola template menu bar temporarily to see the url name. Its the one that ends with .php everytime :)

This is where you add a name on your menu bar than links away to an external site and once you have the code generated by flashvortex you place it into the top (or wherever you like) on each page of your yola site.

and hey presto... a fancy menu bar with buttons that will link away easily to other sites. the down side is of course that visitors have to hit their browsers back button to find your site... UNLESS you own the external site too and can create a menu bar that sends the visitor easily back to the first site.

I have been wondering this too. I do not think this is possible, but I am not really good in Yola. So, wait from the answer of a professional.
