Linking CSS to File Manager

I'm using the Clean Theme in Yola Silver. I want to change the color of the Navigation Bar.

I found out that the Navigation Bar is composed of two images, one for the middle of the Navigation Bar and one for the corners. These images are repeated to give the appearance of a solid Navigation Bar.

I downloaded the two images and recreated them using a different color. I have uploaded them to the File Manager.

How do I link the CSS to use the new files instead of the originals? I tried replacing the URL of the originals with /resources/newfilename.png but it does not change anything.

My site is not yet published.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Matt,

I will need to ask our HTML team to assist you with this. They will not be online for a few more days, so we do appreciate your patience. In the meantime, I am hopeful that a community member can chime in.

I think I figured it out. I can link to the files if they are on another website, so I'm thinking that it's probably not working because my site isn't published. Thanks!

That makes sense. Let us know if it doesn't resolve the problem.
