Is it possible to link my old email address (personal) up to a new email address that i am going to be setting up for my website? For instant, if someone was to send an email to the website email eg. helpme@seaviewflowers.co.uk can this be transfered/linked to my personal email address so that i can look at them through my own personal account?
Also can an email address be set up free by using Yola Pro for my website?

Hello Seaview Flowers

I believe you can set up the emails to be forwarded to your personal email. You would need to go into the settings I believe of the email client from where you want your emails to be forwarded from.

Hello,
If you are setting this up using Google Apps or Windows Live, then there will most likely be a setting in your account for something such as this. Here is a link to Google Apps Help Center. I hope that will help.

If you are using Google Apps, only the paid version has email routing. Or if you are a non-profit or school related you may be able to use the Education Edition which also allows email routing.

Hi Seaview,

I use google apps (free) mail for my site and i have about 15 email address's all ending @hexham.info - What I do is exactly what you are trying to do, I forward them all to my own personal email.

This is how you do it,

1. Set up Google Standard App's.

2. Choose 'settings' from the top menu > then 'forwarding and POP/IMAP'

Google apps forwarding is a trick.
Google apps only allow forwarding within your domain , by default.
To get all (or a account") emails that send to blabla@yourdomain.com , simply choose to farward mail to your you@yourdomain.com

then , access your you@yourdomain.Com's mail settings and enable forwarding.

(remember to add your new and old email address to contacts of your both email accounts to prevent blocking. Additionally , add gmail.Com and googlemail.Com to your DNS zones(not cname or A )

Live services only allow you to forward to a email account that end with hotmail.Com and live.Com

also , you can try AOL's myeaddress service..

I use the Google Apps free version and forwarding is available. as UK Duke mentioned. I prefer to keep mine all on the google site and forward only the individual emails I want on my computer.

I recently set this up and did not find the forwarding information--just that routing could not be done. Thanks, Lee!!
