Hi, I am having problems with pictures on my site. It's driving me mad! When I view my published site, my pictures (most of them) are just showing as a white box with a little red cross in. I have tried to resize the pictures so the file size is smaller, made sure they are jpeg images...nothing seems to work and I am at my wits end! Please help!

Hi em_julian,

You would usually get the red crosses if the following have happened:
1. You have deleted the file from your File Manager.
2. You have renamed the file in your File Manager without letting the Picture Widget know.

The first scenario can be fixed by uploading the picture again. To fix the second, go to the picture on your page in the Sitebuilder, click on "select picture" on the bar of the widget (it looks like a tool) and find the picture in your File Manager.

Once done, remember to update your website by clicking on "Publish to the web".

I hope that helps!

I had tried the above over and over but to no avail! Sorted it now though...its because the file names had a decimal point/dot in, so I changed the file names on my pc and uploaded them all again, and now I have NO little red crosses! whooopeee! :) xx
