We have a live video cam on our website. Recently, had to change out router and now we cannot adjust the width or height of the video display. Any ideas? Website is www.c5-tnr.org

Thank you

Debbie

Hello Debbie

I don't think the router is the cause of this problem. Are you referring to the "Kitty Cam" page? I can see a live cam on this page when I open your live site. However, the page never stops loading for me. Also, when I open the page in your Sitebuilder, it never finishes loading and I can't access the page content. Can you still edit the page, i.e. move widgets, add text, etc.? For me it gets stuck in the loading process, the page being greyed out and not accessible for editing. It looks like the custom element tries to load data from the website that hosts the camera, but doesn't succeed, and it keeps going in circles. I'm afraid that we can't assist much with custom coded elements added to a site.

Stefan:

Thank you.  I can add widgets or text to the page however not to the panel which has the video cam image.  Any changes to the coding results in coding appear on the webpage panel.

Thank you again

Debbie

Hi Debbie

While I can access all your other pages fine, I can't open your Kitty Cam page in your Sitebuilder, using Firefox or Chrome, unless I switch to safemode. I couldn't see anything in the cam code that could be causing the problem you described, and I'm not able to assist with custom code provided by a third-party provider. You'll need to check with the provider if you're using the right code. Another reason could be that their code just doesn't work with our Sitebuilder. While it's possible to add custom code to your Yola website, we can't guarantee that any code will always work. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you.
