Is there a way I can incorporate live support into my site.
I was looking at using Live!Zilla, but cannot work out how to get it connected to my Yola site.

Hello Josh,

Unfortunately you can't use livezilla with yola sites for three reasons:
You don't have access to the server
You can't interactively access databases on your yola site (MySQL)
You don't have a registration facility with Yola sites.

There are options though. The first I can think of is Get Satsifaction which is the engine of this forum that you are using. Get satisfaction has a free entry level which may suit your needs.

Another option is an embeddable forum such as Nabble (or others) which is a straight forward installation and works with Yola sites.

Hey Josh - another option is a chat room. You'll find a Meebo chat room in the Communicate folder on the right.

I also found this: www.boldchat.com. On http://www.boldchat.com/live_chat_sof... they say that you can add the live chat feature by using a line of HTML. This you can add to your site using the HTML Widget.

Boldchat is a pretty expensive option at US$29 per month for basic and that doesn't allow customisation. Meebo is a great IM facility

When using Yola, the only way to do such is following a hosted solution.
Google for "hosted user relation manager","hosted CRM" or "hosted support centre"
you will definetely find a way.

You might consider our solution, My Customer Cloud, to integrate live chat into your Yola site. Since Yola accepts custom HTML snippets, you should be able to integrate one of our widgets (just uses CSS and HTML) with little effort.

Hope that helps,

Hi. You can take a look at Comm100 Live Chat Software. It is free and easy to use. You just need to paste the live chat code onto your website. And then a chat button will appear on your page.
Here is the link: http://www.comm100.com/livechat/

You can try using Zopim (www.zopim.com) which is a fully hosted solution.
Just sign up and add a snippet of HTML code and you'll be done in minutes!

Incorporate Live2Support on your website. Just place a small code of Live2Support on your web pages and start chatting with your website visitors. For any assistance, you can chat live with Live2Support's technical team, available 24/7.
