LOADING PAYPAL SINGLE ITEM TABS!!

I have had a Yola account for a number of years and am today experiencing an issue with the PAYPAL PRODUCT tab. It will not recognise that I alreadly have an existing PREMIER account and I cannot add or change any pricing. please advise. Libby.weston@bigpond.com

We are experiencing an issue with our PayPal widgets and are working to fix this as soon as possible, and will update you the moment it is fixed. It is affecting all PayPal widgets, not just yours. We apologize for the frustration this is causing.

Same boat - reported this on Thursday. Can't add, remove or change ANY items in PayPal lists. They report they are working on it. Hopefully it is fixed soon. Killing us all during the holiday season.

It's back up, but too little too late. I've lost hundreds, if not thousands, from discouraged buyers not placing orders because I could not update pricing and my catalog for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and now at the end of Cyber Monday they fix it. Great job Yola, many of us lost out from the largest consumer buying time of the year.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please note that the free PayPal Widgets involve a third party integration, and PayPal can make changes on their end that affect our code. We cannot guarantee that something like this won't happen again. The timing in this instance was particularly unfortunate, and we are sorry for that. We strongly recommend that anyone who wants a complete and reliable ecommerce solution considers investing in our Online Store feature.
