Hello David,

You've done a good thing by going through the maintenance processes. There has recently been a new Java release and a recent Flash release so if you haven't already done so then these two things have helped many before.

There are also browser issues here with IE and Safari on a Mac showing some unreliable behaviour with the Online Store so keep this in mind also.

Finally at this time of day the Store servers are going through maintenance procedures etc and this noticeably slows down the processes of uploads etc but doesn't the published store on your live site. It's also another thing to keep in mind and if it fits then check again at a later time.

Hello David

Gop is right. We're currently experiencing a problem with trying to use the Yola Online Store Control Panel in Safari and Internet Explorer. We're busy working on this issue. We'll stay tuned and keep you updated on this thread.

For the meantime, please use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your browser to work with Yola Online Store. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Hi Dorine,

If you haven't seen the response in your original post then try clearing your browser cache, update Java and Flash and let us know how this goes.

You could also try using FireFox as your browser.

Hello Jia,

Just to reiterate:

Please use FireFox or Chrome as your browser rather than Safari or IE.
Clear the browser cache.
Update your Java and Flash and while you're at it set the updating to auto or auto advice.

This strategy appears to give a good chance of getting control of your online store setup. Good luck!

Hi,

Please try these steps:
  1. switch to either FireFox or Chrome if you are using either Safari or IE

  2. clear your browser cache

  3. Update the Java and Flash for your browser.

There's a good chance that this will get your store setup going. Please let us know here.
