third time:

loading synthasite, error on page
I can not open one of my synthasites, since days, get no help from support team, way? Browser history is deleted.

Hi Cook99,

I'm sorry you are having this problem. I did a lookup on your name and this is only your second post on GS and Marije did assist you previously and that was a separate issue.

Please can you do the following:
1. Log into you account and open up your site
2. Click on the "Help" menu
3. Click on "Contact Support"
4. Fill in the form and send it to me

I await your email.

Hi, I get no solutions about my problem, that I send again over 'contact support' and extra by 'reply email' with attachment to: 'noreply.SynthaSite@getsatisfaction.comto' .
What going wrong?
I still can not open one of my sites, 21/12/08, 9:00am

Hi cook99,

If you have sent an email to us, we will reply. It may take a little longer than usual because it's the weekend, but we will reply! Unfortunately I think you're using a different name to the one that would appear on the email, so I can't immediately tell whether we've received it or not.

This could be a browser or network issue. You can try a different browser like Firefox, or another network or computer to access your SynthaSite account. I apologise if this has already been mentioned on another thread. Let us know if that helps at all.

Hi Marije,

sorry, if I make things wrong, but thank you so much, I solved the problem with 'firefox', Now I can open my sites again. Is this always a problem with Internet Explorer or must I changed something in my settings. It is really hard for a 'normal user' to understand all this 'miracle' components and to do all this not in my own language.

wish you a nice Sunday and not a lot of so 'frustated' clients like me!

Glad to hear it's working for you! We do consider Firefox to be our favourite browser. It could also be an issue with your security settings in IE - it's a bit hard to tell!
