If you have sent an email to us, we will reply. It may take a little longer than usual because it's the weekend, but we will reply! Unfortunately I think you're using a different name to the one that would appear on the email, so I can't immediately tell whether we've received it or not.
This could be a browser or network issue. You can try a different browser like Firefox, or another network or computer to access your SynthaSite account. I apologise if this has already been mentioned on another thread. Let us know if that helps at all.
