Locked out of log-in!

Hello Yola,
My e-mail address changed recently, and although I am pretty sure that I altered the details on my synthasite account, I cannot log-in, using my old e-mail address and password, or new e-mail address and old password? Please help as I'm unable to access and work on my sites Many thanks,
