Log in problems, and not receiving password re set email, HELP !!

Hello im a new member, and i tried to log on today and i was having issues, so i re set my password, but I'm not getting any email
responses in the address i provided,
help please!

We were undergoing an outage yesterday, but it has been sorted.

Can you please try to log in using your old credentials? If that doesn't work, please give us some time to restore your account. We're currently working on sorting out the issues that occurred with the outage. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you so much for getting back to me,
I have tried everything, and still not
able to get on. I will wait and check back
later, i might need to re- set my pass as
i have tried too many times, maybe I'm
locked out now

Astrid, as long as you haven't been able to change your password, you should still be able to access your account using your old credentials. However, we will have to restore your account first before that works. Sorry for the inconvenience, we're busy sorting it out.

Although i seem to be still having issues with Firefox but not with
Safari, but at least I'm in and can get to work now. I will stick with Safari for now to build my site.

Astrid, if you clear your cache in Firefox, you should be fine: How to clear cache.
