This looks to be a bug as we have been receiving a few other inquiries about this specific problem; our engineers are currently looking into it. This bug is specific to when you are logging in from the My Yola page of Yola. If you could please go to http://yola.com and try to login from there, I am quite sure this will remedy your problem.
We hope to have a fix for this by Monday. I will let you know when the fix is in place.
