When I upgraded to a Silver package I was given a $49 Logo design credit for use with Logoworks. Just gone to use this and it seems Logoworks no longer exists. There was no use-by date on my voucher. Please help!

(I upgraded in November but there is no date on the voucher to suggest I needed to use it any time soon)

Hi Beccy,

Could you let me know which link you used to access the Logoworks site?

You can access the Logomaker website here: https://secure.logomaker.com/logomaker/

Please follow these steps to redeem your credit:

1. Click on "Create New Account" at the top of the page and enter your details.
2. Click on "1 Choose" at the top of the page and choose an industry.
3. Choose the type of icon you would like to use.
4. Design your logo and once done, click on "Save logo".
5. Click on "4 Buy" at the top of the page.
6. You'll be asked to enter your details, and you can enter your credit code into the "Activation code" area.
7. Once done, you'll be able to download the logo and use it for your site and other purposes.

Please note: If your address is outside the US please use CA as your state to download your logo.

Thanks,
Jackie

I do all that but when I get to step 6 there is no area for me to enter an Activation Code. I get asked for my credit card information, tick to accept the logomaker t&c's and then submit....no area for an activation code.

Hi Beccy,

Could you try contacting Logomaker to find out why you do have an activation box in your account? They are good at responding by email, just give them 24 hours or so.

You can find their contact details here: http://www.logomaker.com/contact-us.html

Thanks

It's really bad form when a supplier sends a customer to a sub-contractor in cases like this. The contract is with the subscriber and Yola. Yola have put together the deal and promoted their product with this facility as part of it.

If this fails then it's up to Yola to find the answers from Logomaker, not the subscriber.

For example: If my screen on my phone goes down I know that Samsung make the lenses and even if Samsung is right next door I don't approach them for the details of replacement. I approach Apple and they take care of the issue.

Hi Gop,

We have contacted Logomaker with regards to this, but in the interest of resolving Beccy's query faster it can also help if she contacts them directly. I was unable to replicate the error on my side, and as the account is with Logomaker and we do not have access to their systems, it can be difficult for us to resolve. I know that their customer service is good and she will most likely receive a response shortly.

I'm sorry if I didn't share this information earlier, I should have made my response clearer.

Thanks,
Jackie

Not a responsible answer. That's a cop-out and bad form for a supplier of services that has been paid for to your company. .

Jackie, I have contacted Logomaker and am awaiting a response.

Gop is right - not great customer service by Yola. I was unable to use the Google Adwords code I was given when I upgraded to my Silver package and all Yola did was refer me to Google.

Think Yolas website design is fantastic - Customer Service leaves alot to be desired.

Hi Beccy

Thanks for contacting Logoworks as suggested and sorry for anything that was said which lead you to believe that we were not taking full responsibility from our side. We are also following up with them directly and will let you know as soon as we hear back.

Just for the record Jackie contacted me about this personally and she feels absolutely miserable about it. I know that her heart is in the right place and that even with the best intentions things sometimes come out wrong, but at the same time I want to affirm that we agree that when we enter into a contract with a third party to provide a service to our customers it is our responsibility and not the customer's to ensure that this service is fulfilled.

Hi Monique,

I got a response from Logoworks:

"Thank you for contacting Logomaker support. When using your redemption code, please be sure to follow the link to our website from the email we sent you with the redemption code in it. By following this link, it will bring you to our website as usual, but this time when you log in and click 'buy logo' there will be a place for your redemption code.

Thank you,

Catherine Williams | Project Manager
Office 1.800.210.7650 | Fax 801.406.0006 | 825 East 1180 South, Suite 300, American Fork, UT 84003"

All I can say is I have done exactly as it says and there isn't a box for me to enter my activation code in to. Is it because I'm in the UK? (although I have entered CA as a State as told).

This is very frustrating. Can Yola offer me an alternative at all? Or another voucher?

Many thanks - Beccy

Hi Beccy

We are still following up from our side - currently receiving the same advice you are. Could you send an email to support@yola.com and mark it "Attention Jackie" - she would like to try some account level stuff which we can't discuss on a public thread.

So sorry about the frustration but we do want to see this through until it is fully resolved!

Just an update on this issue. We have been in communication with Beccy via email and this was eventually resolved on 25 January. Really sorry that it took so long and thanks to everyone for their perseverance!

I think logoworks is shut down. In replace of this logo design company so many best online logo design company take its position.
