Hello everyone
I am finally almost done with my website design but I have one issue left: I want to include my logo on the top of each page (preferably to the left of the heading) but it's not working! I placed the logo on first page as image but I can't do the same on the rest of the pages cause it won't look nice!

The html of my heading is the following:
Your Event Genie... Delivering Magical Corporate and Social Events in Calgary

Here's my website address: www.youreventgenie.com

Any help is most appreciated!
Thanks in advance
Rola

Hello Rola,

Your heading is quite long! I suggest either resizing your image much smaller or making your page heading smaller, or even both!

Then to insert your logo, please be sure to use this code:

<img src="resources/yourimage">your page heading goes here

If you need any further assistance, please let me know.

Hi Sanja
Thanks for your reply but I tried this already and the logo is not showing, instead I am having a thumbnail that looks shuttered if you know what I mean. Why is that?
Is there another way to add an image to heading?
Thanks
Rola

Hi Rola,

I don't think you're quite getting the image URL correct? You have this: img src="logotest.png"

Can you please try: img src="resources/logotest.png"

Please let me know how this goes!

I tried all combinations possible as I googled the issue and found other ways that don't include "resources". But anyway, nothing worked until I changed the logo itself, I used the png file instead of the jpg and it worked. I just don't get it. Why a jpg file wouldn't work?
Now that I have the logo, I know how to size it using width and height and make it float left of the title, but how to make it aligned with the title and not too much below as it appears now?
Thanks a lot for your patience Sanja!

Hello Rola,

Your code is being interpreted. Can you please try enclosing it with <!-- your code goes in here-->

Thanks!

Hello Rola,

Here's the code you need to get this to work:

<!--<img style="vertical-align: middle; width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="resources/logotest.png"><font color="#000099" face="gil sans" size="5"> Delivering Magical Corporate and Social Events</font>-->

Please do not include the <!-- and -->
