Thanks for your message, I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties redeeming your Logomaker credit.
Once you have created your account and designed your logo to your satisfaction, you will click on the "buy" button at the top of the page.
At this stage you will be asked to enter your details. You will be able to enter your credit code into the "Activation Code" area. Once this has been done, you will be able to download the logo and use it on your site and for any other purposes.
Please note: If your address is outside the US please use CA as your state to download your logo.
