Hi Bratty

What toolbar is missing? If it is the text editing toolbar then you need to click on a text widget on your page. Once a text widget is highlighted the toolbar will display and you will be able to edit your text.

If this is not the problem, please get back to me with a detailed description of what you are trying to do and I will try to help you.

Greetings
Monique

I am so new at this...
When I first started the site I had a toolbar (with icons) that i could go into different things, It was at the top of my site ( while editing the site) and now it isn't there.
It is probably something very simple but I can't figure it out.I also need to know when I am done editing and I publish if all the pages I am making will be accessed through my first page?

From your description it sounds very much like you are missing the text editing toolbar: the one with icons that allow you to format your text, add images, links, bulleted lists etc. To get this toolbar to display either drag and drop a text widget onto your page and click inside it, or click on a text widget you have already added.

This is the only SynthaSite toolbar that is dependant on you focusing on a particular widget. All the other toolbars are permanently available.

Whenever you create a new page, a link to that page is automatically added to your menu, and visitors will be able to access all your pages via your homepage.

Maybe it isn't a toolbar.
It is like a menu that has different categories (icons) like widets, music, alot of other things on it and it was above where it says publish, close, up in that area of the page.
That is what I am missing.

Hi Bratty

Then it sounds like you are missing the Widgets sidebar. Click on the little cog on the far right hand side of the screen that says "Widgets". The Sidebar will open up. Click on the folder you want. Use the blue "back" button in the sidebar to see all the widgets again once you have clicked on a particular folder
