Hello yola I have a problem I have been trying to send an email from Mark.hilt1@gmail.com to contact@randomness-fun.co.uk and I keep getting this backDelivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

contact@randomness-fun.co.uk

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain randomness-fun.co.uk by randomness-fun.co.uk. [193.109.246.157].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied

Hello Mark,
We are having a similar issue to as above.
We get "delivery failure" results from clients we often email. The funny thing is the reports are from a hotmail account "postmaster@mail.hotmail.com"

Hi Stefan, thank you.
1) It seems the server we use is somehow connected to Outlook online, where we work from. This issue is an outlook issue.
2) I have been unable to get onto yola.com, sitebuilder.yola.com, but can get onto forum.yola.com  Our other PC has no problems getting on, but my PC started doing this a few weeks ago... I've lowered security levels on my PC, allowed yola.com, but non of this seems to have changed anything. Please assist. Kind Regards. John

Hi John,

We've heard similar reports from other users and it has been a problem with their ISP. Please take a look at this post for troubleshooting tips and let us know how it goes.

Thanks... Late last night after several weeks of not being able to open Yola.com etc, suddenly I could get on. Who knows...
