mail inbox not working

hi there, i purchased the email for my domain name few days ago....i sent to myself email to check it out...the mail where sent...but the inbox not working.
What can i do? thanks for your help

and another question, can the email box get linked to my gmail account or hotmail account for time saving?

Hi BB,

I have checked your settings for Yola Mail and it was missing a setting which in turn was preventing you from accessing your webmail inbox. I have added the setting for you, and you should be able to access your mailbox within 24 hours (but usually much sooner). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you would like to link your Yola Mail to your gmail / hotmail accounts, I think that the easiest thing would be to forward your email.

You can forward your Yola mail to another email address as follows:

- Log in to your Yola mail account.
- On the left-hand side, under the "Settings" tab, click on "Mail".
- Under the "Setup" tab you will see a field marked "Forwarding", you can enter the email address you want your email forwarded to here.
- Within the "Forwarding Settings" field, select either "Forward and keep a copy" or "Forward, then discard" as appropriate.
- Click on "Save" and your emails will be forwarded.

hi i have the same problem too. I cant open my inbox. pls help!

and also, it seems that i could not configure it with my macbook mail.

I'm sorry that you're having this problem. Can you please provide your login e-mail address to your Yola account (no password) or your URL, so that I can look into this?
