Mail problem

I have had several problems with Yola Mail. The latest is that it is not letting me delete a mailbox that I want to delete. I have deleted one mail box, but it is not letting me delete the next one. It gives a message to try later, but when I try later it still doesn't work, so that is not the solution. Please fix it!

I'm sorry to hear you have been struggling with your Yola Mail account. Can you please reply with your website address and the name of the mailbox you are trying to delete? If you aren't comfortable sharing this information on our public forum please email support@yola.com with this information so we can assist you further.

Hi - the website is www.mbtownplanning.com and the email account to delete is mt@mbtownplanning.com (not mb)

Hi Matt,
Thanks for providing this information. What you are seeing appears to be a bug, I have asked out engineers to manually remove this for you and will let you know when it has been done.

I am happy to inform you that I was able to grab an engineer who has successfully deleted the mt@mbtownplanning.com mailbox from your Yola account.
