when i go to my yola mail and try to check my mail box the link to my mail box isnt working, it says the server may not be working or the web address may be incorrect

Your Yola Mail associated to your custom domain name discipleshipmusic.net is no longer available because both your Yola Mail and your domain expired on 11 August 2012. When you navigate to your URL, you will see that your webite is not online any more, either. When it comes to renewal, Yola sends you renewal reminders via e-mail, and messages are shown in your Yola account. Did you get our e-mails and see the reminders in your account? If not, please check your Spam and Junkmail folders.

I can see that you have renewed your Yola Bronze package subscription. Please note that domains and hosting packages are separate products, and you will need to renew your domain as well. When you do so, you will be able to check a check box for renewing Yola Mail at the same time.

As it is more than four weeks ago that your domain expired, it's unfortunately no longer possible to renew your domain. It will be locked for about two months and then released for resale. You're welcome to try and repurchase your domain with us as soon as it is available again.

The best way to not forget to renew your domain is to leave auto-renewal enabled. You won't need to worry when your domain expires, it will just be auto-renewed, and your stored payment method will be billed by us automatically.

so I'm I just wasting money on yola bronze till I can get the domain? also can yola notify me whe the domain is available?

I'm afraid that we won't be able to notify you because we don't have domains ourselves, but sell them through our domain provider partner. The waiting period of 2-3 months is a standard time used across all domain registrars. So you will need to try every now and then and check if your domain is available again.

I have good news for your hosting package subscription: As you haven't been able to use it for the last two months, we will refund you for this time. I have cancelled auto-renewal of your hosting package in your Yola account, so you won't be billed while you don't have a domain yet.

As soon as you find out that your domain is available again, please first purchase your domain and add your hosting package during domain purchase in order to get the best price. When you buy your domain, you will be requested to choose a hosting package, and offerred to add Yola Mail or domain privacy. Please make your choices and proceed to checkout.

Please let us know if you don't get the refund within the next 10 days.
