Mailbox problems

I am trying to delete the mailbox associated with my site and keep getting the error that it can't be done at this time, and to try again late. I see that this is an ongoing issue for others as well. Please delete the mailbox mariaummahmed@muslimahscoveredwithcar...
I had also paid for another mailbox and don't see it , only says to buy another. I should have a total of 3 for my account muslimahs covered with care.org

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I was able to replicate that you can't delete the mailbox you mentioned. This seems to be an error in your account, and I've notified our specialists to look at this issue. It can take a couple of days to fix it, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, I can see the set up steps for your 3rd Yola Mail account below the mailbox you want to delete. You should see this screen:



At the bottom you can see "Create a username and password to add a mailbox for muslimahscoveredwithcare.org". If you don't get the page viewed like that, please try these steps:
  • Click on a different tab on your My Yola dashboard, e.g. Domains, and then go back to the Yola Mail tab.

  • Refresh the page in your browser.

  • Log out and in again, and check your Yola Mail page.

  • Log out, clear cache and cookies, and check your Yola Mail page again.

Please let us know if you shouldn't get this page. Also let us know if you are unable to create your 3rd mailbox, following the steps prompted. We will keep you updated on the issue on deleting a mailbox.
