Hi Rynaldo

We hire Community Support Specialists (Official Reps) from time to time as the need arises.

If you are interested I suggest you submit your CV to careers@yola.com

You can also become a Community Champ by participating in this forum and helping people with their sites. This title is awarded when someone shows a thorough understanding of our software and has helped a large number of people.

Hey Monique :) Thank you for responding.
There is no 'pay' involved in doing this ? On the long run ? I am really interested.

Official reps are employees of Yola and are paid a salary. Yola Champs are volunteers who help out as and when they can because they enjoy doing so.

I understand - but i note some of these official employees are from different countries and they get paid by Yola - so i take it that a ;official' rep doesn't have to be working for Yola right there in their offices ? Why should i send my CV if there is really nothing to it ?

All of our official reps are located in either North America or South Africa. Our offices are in San Francisco and Cape Town. For the most part we try to employ people in one of those two cities. However, we do occasionally hire remote contractors. These are people we identify and approach because of their contribution to Yola and their ability to assist us in providing 24/7 support. I have described above how people generally participate, either as employees or as volunteers. It is up to you to decide if you see value in either of those options.

Ha then today must be my lucky day ! I live in Cape Town, South Africa. Been using Yola for 2 years and still happy - well, besides the little 'ad display' trouble we seem to be experiencing right now. Yeah, so i will gladly send my CV and we can take it from there. In the meantime, i will assist and do what ever and where ever i can to give some support ;) Thank you Monique
