Hi.. I'd like to make "COMING SOON!" flash on and off. It's done in text at the top of some of my web pages.. Is there an "easy" way to do this?

Hi Shifty,

I see you're having trouble pasting the code. Happens to me too still :)

If you want HTML code to show in a post, visit the link below and then copy the code in. Paste what is returned into your post. It won't look like HTML at all initially, but when you post it here it will display as you mean it to.

Hi Michelle, when I want to make text flash I just use the blink tag ie:

<blink>Coming Soon</blink>

If you want to change the color of the text here is another code

<blink><span style="color:#0000FF ">Coming Soon</span></blink>

It's easier to center in a text box. You will see a small, rectangular blue box at the far right side of the text editor with "html" on it. Click on that and drop in the code above. Click ok. Then you will be able to highlight the text and edit it as you want.

Here is the complete code for ya :)

<p style="text-align:center;?><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:bold;text-decoration:blink;text-transform:none;color:000000;background-color:ffffff;">Coming Soon!</span>

Just put that little snippet in an html box and you'll be good to go!

What browser are you using? Some codes are not cross browser which is why people usually do not use html coding to make text flash.

This is an alternative for you. If you would like it to be different just say what and it'll be done.
