Hi Ron

Thank you for your interest in SynthaSite. Is there anything in particular you are having difficulty understanding? I would be happy to discuss it with you and hear your insights and feedback.

Now I came from a completely novice background in site building and as I had never created one before I found Synthasite to be a very straightforward and easy system to understand as well as implement.

Within minutes I was building, changing and learning. Within hours I was building self esteem and proud at my results. Within days I was actually seeing a site take shape and those I knew were commenting on how nicely it was coming together.

It has been over one month now and I can see in my website built with Synthasite, my hard work and skill something that I can show others and say see what you can build for free. They all are amazed and shocked that a site such as mine was constructed using such a service. I continue to pass the Synthasite name to all those I know and will continue to do so.

On a comical note... I find it most interesting as to how Ron the CEO of an upstart online website builder company can't understand such an easy to understand product such as Synthasite. I think he needs to look for another line of work if that is the case... (Name of the company was withheld by me to keep it out of the post)

Just my opinion...

Hi Ed. Thanks for your positive feedback about SynthaSite. However, we accept that not everyone finds it easy to understand. In the interests of making it easier for everyone we like to hear what aspects people find complicated or non-intuitive so that we can improve our product.

ed, it's clear that you're a fan of SynthaSite, and I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I think it's extremely valuable for Monique to solicit constructive criticism. We've designed the Overheard feature on Get Satisfaction so she can do just that kind of outreach to customers or other people who may have ideas to share. I worry that folks who get pulled into the conversation might feel like they're getting ganged up on after we've asked them for their input. Something to consider.
