Hello Phillip,

Is the site within a separate account or within your personal account?

I don't know the difference. I paid for this site about 4 months ago and it was placed in my name as manager. I edit the site and have all permissions. I simply wish to transfer my management functions to Jessica Chickering but don'y know how to do so.

Hi Phillip,

A separate account would have a different ID and login to your original account. meaning that if this is the case then you would have created a specific Yola Account for this website.

This is easy for Yola to transfer. If, on the other hand. it is a site within your original account then it is up to Yola 's goodwill to do this as it takes considerably more resource to do this and is not guaranteed.

Hi Phillip,

If you need to transfer ownership of an account you will need to create a new account for it to be transferred to and this will need to be handled via direct support.
