Map widgets

I am doing a site that will help people in my area find food banks and other places they can receive help. It would be real helpful to have the maps so users can zoom in and out. I know I use that feature when looking at maps.

The problem I am having is the red location balloon does not seem to make the transition to my page, and I loose the interactivity. I can easily take screenshots with snagit or something to get the red balloon, but will still loose the interactivity.

Does anyone have any ideas that can help me out?

Just one more short comment, as good as the SynthaSite thing is for beginners, it is very limiting for someone that is able to actually code a site.

OK, I think I have figured out a workaround to get my maps to work, and also correct most of the layout issues I was having.

The only question I have left is, How can I make the header banner smaller with a free account? It is way too big.

Hello chrisbran,

We're glad to hear that you've been able to work out most of the issues. As for your banner, we have recently implemented a slick way for you to manipulate your heading! Please see our tutorial on how to do this here: How do I edit the page heading font attributes?

If you have any trouble with this, please let us know.
