Margin tool deleting 1 - 9?

Hi everybody.
I am not sure if its just me but I am having a problem with the margin tool.
No matter what I enter it deletes characters 1 - 9.
I can only enter 0. Which is unhelpful

Basically lets say I want to enter a margin space of 100 as soon as I type 1, it deletes it, and I am left with 00. If I try starting with 00 and enter 1 at the front it still deletes it.

Whats up with this?
Is it just me?

Hi Jeremy,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this and would like to help. I have just tested the margin editing feature of the Text Widget from my own account and it seems to be working as it should. Can you please try these few things and then give it another try:

1. Try clearing your cache, here is a link with information on how to do this: Clear Your Browser's Cache.

2. Make sure you are using an updated version of your browser.

3. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome. We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox. Please note that although we find Firefox to work the best, we can support you if you are using another browser as well.

4. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

Please let me know if the above suggestions do not help the problem you are having.

I have done steps 1 - 4
And its still giving the problem, but only in Chrome V10.0.6
Once I have finished this update on my site I will restart my PC, and log back in with Chrome.

Is anybody else with Chrome V10 + having this issue?

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for letting me know what you were using for a browser. I have just tested this in Chrome and it seems like a but with just the Chrome browser. This is logged with our engineering team for a fix. In the meantime the workaround is to use another browser such as Firefox.

Please let us know if you have any further troubles.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hi Jeremy,
Would you mind testing a few things for me? I am currently looking into this bug with our engineers. When trying to adjust the margins using Chrome, please enter any value between 1-8. Does the value delete? Now do me a favor and try entering the value of 9. Does that value stick? If you don't mind sharing your domain name, I will pass it along to our engineers so we can take a closer peek at this with you! Thanks for your help with troubleshooting, Jeremy. We greatly appreciate it.

Hi Brianna, the domain is www.jesararts.net
The characters 1 - 8 all backspace themselves as well as the "-" symbol.

However, character 9 is not backspacing and remains there ;)
So whatever is special about nine is making it work.

Hope this can be resolved ASAP :D

Hi all,

This is a bug with Chrome 10, I was first to experience this pain!

I recommend Firefox 4 for the moment.

Kind Regards,

Andi

Hey Yola.

I noticed this bug is still occurring.
Any idea when it will be fixed?
