May I know what is your refund policy?

We found that unable to use our own emai ie: eg: under YOLA is quite troublesome.

Your suggestion:

1. Google apps - not agreed by my management
2. My domain registrar don't provide email hosting service.

Our management is thinking of finding other hosting service that can do both together,ie: web hosting + email hosting ( email must ended with dot edu dot my)

In view of this, may I request a full refund for the subscription fees we have paid?

Please advise.

I am sorry to hear that Yola's hosting service does not meet your needs.

Our Terms of Service ( state that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid services, however this does not apply to domain name registration, other domain name services, Yola Premier, Fotolia Image credits and for already redeemed credits.

If you could forward the email address registered to your Yola account, I will be able to review your account and confirm the purchases that can be refunded. If you do not feel comfortable sharing this information on the public forum, please feel free to email and mark it for my attention.
