This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: Text Editor Solution and Status Update

I have explained this in several other posts but no concrete reply has come back, so I would like to try again:

I have an existing website.
I designed it.
Each page is different INTENTIONALLY.
It is very "professional" looking. It is, in fact, called "beautiful" by some. I am glad I was able to design something on Yola early on with this result.

Now I am afraid do any editing. To even add a page.
By the comments I'm seeing, even the slightest bit of editing on the new sitebuilder has a detrimental effect on existing, carefully considered design of all pages.

I cannot risk this.
But I cannot be disabled in this way either.

In the past I have raved about customer service and recommended Yola to many. Some of those "many" have called me (!) to complain because they too cannot creatively, freely manage their personally designed sites.

Please consider your existing (paying) clients, and please reply: MAY I PLEASE edit my website without risking problems?

Also, in sitebuilder, I cannot scroll down on some of my pages.
They are frozen. Not all, just some.
This happened a couple of days before your new rollout as well and the lovely Yola chat rep tried valiantly to correct it but couldn't, and was not able to find a cause.
It was fixed the next day, somehow, mysteriously.
Will this mysterious fix be happening again?

Thank you.
