To prove you are authorized to represent a site, we ask you to place a specially named, blank file in your root Web directory. Once this file is created, click the "Verify" button to have our servers look for the file on your site. Please be sure that both your site and the verification file are publicly accessible. how do i get this into my root directory

What is the URL of your site? I will visit then click my McAfee icon and add your site for testing...I did that on Yola 3 years ago and has worked fine...It may take them a while to get to you though but you never know....My newest site was tested after a few days

McAfee Site Advisor is very worthwhile. Showing green in searches is a great way to gain trust. I noticed awhile back that it has spread to places like social sites where you may have your site links.

Hello blackhawk,

You may want to contact McAfee to see if they have any suggestions.
