Meebo Room Error Upload

Whenever I create a meebo room, I click okay but it says that there was an error and try again. I have tried many times but recieve the same results. How do you fix this?

The message it gives is "Sorry, something went wrong.
We have logged the error for our records. Please try again. If the problem persists, email support@yola.com for further assistance"

I use shoutmix.com, its a lot better than Meebo. Plus you can do alot more customizing with Shoutmix than Meebo

Hi Ruby,

What you are seeing is a bug that our engineers are looking into. We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you and will let you know as soon as we have a fix in place or more information.

For the time being, we suggest that you add a chatroom to your website by using the Widgetbox Gallery. Here's how:

1. Drag and drop a Widgetbox Gallery Widget (located in the "Widget Collections" folder) onto your page.
2. A dialog box will open. Click on the "chat" category.
3. Choose the chatroom that you would like to use on your site.
4. Customize the settings (remember to register on the related site eg. www.meebo.com, as you will need to add your identification details).
5. Click on the green "Get Widget" button and it will be saved and added to your page.
6. Save and preview your page to view the widget.

Hi Ruby,

I was hoping to touch base to see whether or not you were still experiencing errors while adding a Meebo chatroom to your website. We have been unable to replicate this error and believe everything is working as designed again.
