Hi, my domain (fearsome.net) is registered with network solutions, which has the DNS pointing to yola for A and for www (184.72.229.176)

If I access site by IP I get " Your domain is pointing to Yola! Now you just need to publish your site and you're done"

However my site *is* published, and when I try and load by FQDN I get:

"It works! The web server software is running but no content has been added"

Please could you look into sorting this for me.

Hi Robert

We are investigating the cause of this error on some people's sites. Would you mind trying to clear the cache and cookies on your browser?

Please let us know if it does not resolve the issue. Also, please share your site if you are still unable to see your published site.

Thank you

same thing. Sent in over 134 e-mails to Yola, never get a response. Paid for 2 years until 2013. Of course it worked for 3 weeks in early 2011 january, then 2 weeks in november 2011 and 4 days in december 2011. That's it.
Get the: It works!
This is the default web page for this server.

The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

Trust me there is plenty of content. Was listed as first on google until last year not working has out it down list..... really sucks and terrible customer service.

Hello ace.gutters,

I don't know how to explain what you are experiencing. I am certainly seeing your site now but wonder why it's not visible to yourself? i think that you are remarkably patient waiting so long for a solution on this problem.

You mentioned sending Yola multiple e-mails without a response. I can honestly say on this that I am very surprised as they almost invariably respond to email queries and always respond by instant notification that an email has been received.Once again I'm wondering if in fact there is some local problem?

Just to state the obvious their email contact is support@yola.com.

I hope that this time you get a solution to this and your site is up continuously as it is for the vast (total?)majority of Yola site owners.
