Messages Automatically Deleted

All of the sudden while I was working on my website, all of my messages disappeared. Many of them I was unable to respond to and they are not in the trash folder. I just was able to set up my email with Microsoft Outlook 2007, but I need to respond to the rest of my emails. I sent a ticket to support but they are not back until the 1st. Please help!

I've checked your My Yola/Email area, and I have no problems to open your Yola Mail webmail login for info@alexanderrec.co.uk when clicking on the "Check inbox" button in My Yola. Please clear your cache and cookies, then click on this link to open your webmail login screen: Your alexanderrec.co.uk mailbox. Are you able to open this page now? Can you log in?
