I like CBox messaging widget. However, when a message is typed, the messages appears on all pages that CBox is installed on. Is there a code, etc., where CBox can be enabled to only post the message on the page it was/is typed in?

Hi there NoNaMe

As you use the same CBox code on each of your pages the same chat going on in one will go on in the others.

The simplest way to resolve this would be to return to your CBox control panel and using the same contact information but changing the CBox name to something like "My chat 1" or "My chat 2" and then inserting the code like you have already done into a HTML widget in your site.

You will have to keep track of multiple chats in multiple control panels but this will allow you to have a chat on one page which is independent of the other pages.

Happy site building

It sounded like you were asking where to find the CBox widget code. Is this correct? If so you can get your codes here if you sign up as before.

http://www.cbox.ws/

If you were asking how to insert the code into your site after you have generated it then simply

1) Open your site editor
2) Drag an HTML widget onto your page
3) Then paste the CBox code you generated and Click "OK"
4) Then Update your site

If thats not it then let me know

Once again, thank you so very much. It was WHERE TO FIND IT that I was having trouble with. I put in http://www.cbox in Google but I used a .com extension instead of the .ws/ extension shown in your reply. I would never have found it without your help.
