I launched my website and I tested how it looked on number of different computers.

I found that some of the computers have the website body missing my background picture.

why is this?

Hi Matt

I could think of 2 reasons:
  1. Either it's because the Site CSS Overrides box hasn't been used correctly. I can see that there are a lot of edits, but there is also code which repeats the original CSS code. Did you copy the whole original CSS code over to the Overrides box? You should only add the code to be edited to this section as doubling code can result in unwanted effects, such as not displaying a background image. I'd suggest to clean up your CSS Overrides box and see if that helps.

  2. The file name of your background image contains blank spaces. This should be avoided. You can try to remove your background image, rename it in your File Manager, and then re-add it. You can use hyphens or underlines within the file name.

I also realised that your home page takes long to load for me. The image on the home page has 800 KB which is not so webfriendly. The recommended size for images used on websites is 20-100KB per image.
