Missing Facebook Credits

I bought Yola Silver some time ago. I never used the Facebook Credits because I didn't need them. Now I need them and they are speaking of some sort of code which I did not receive. anyone can help me with this?

Your code would have been included in you original Yola Silver order confirmation email. We can assist you with recovering this if you submit a request to support here.

I tried contacting support but my Yola Silver account expired and I'm a free user now. I got a reply email telling me to use the forums.
I got a code for my google Adwords but I got no code for FB Credits.

Which e-mail address did you use? I wasn't able to find your Yola account using your forum e-mail.

I wasn't able to find your e-mail in our system. Please e-mail to support@yola.com and add "attn Stefan" to the subject. I will process it then.

Please note: As Facebook credits expire and you don't have a running Yola Silver account, we cannot guarantee that it will work. If you're not a new customer to Facebook ads, i.e. if you have ever advertised on Facebook before, your code will be declined by Facebook because it's only available for new customers to Facebook ads.

I have never used Facebook ads before.

I've finally found your e-mails under your outlook.com address, and I needed to change the recipient e-mail to your hotmail.com e-mail which you used to sign up with Yola. So our responses will go to your hotmail address, and we'll be with you in touch shortly.

I've seen another e-mail request of yours which is about adding nameservers of Wordpress to your Yola domain. Do you still want to do that? If so, we're happy to assist you with this via e-mail, just let me know.

Yes. We can only process this via e-mail because if we can give you a credit, we can't post it on our public Forum where everyone can see and use it.
