Hello David,

Have you closed your browser, re-opened it to try again? I just went to your site and could see your journal entries fine - the text showed. Have you tried viewing it in a different browser? When I looked at it, it was using FireFox. Please let me know if you are still having this problem.

I did all that and looked at it on my Mac and also on my PC - every page of my site looked at in editing mode had ALL the text missing - only the images displayed. I have never seen this before and have been with Yola for 5 years so it was somewhat alarming. For over 15 minutes I did everything I could think of but all text was missing at each login. Suddenly it has all reappeared and I have written and published today's diary. All seems well. Thanks for your usual swift response. We love Yola! Thanks, David

Just to add - the site displayed fine when visited, but as soon as I logged in to edit it only then did the pages display no text, only images. Odd. Happy bunny now

Hi David

Just to add - we are aware of a bug affecting Internet Explorer 9 and Vista which manifests exactly as you describe. However, you mention that you observed it on both your Mac and PC.

I realize that all is well for you again, which is great news, but if you could let us know what browser/s and operating systems you have running on the computers where you encountered the problem this would be very helpful. So far we have only been able to replicate in IE9/Vista but we want to make sure it is not happening in other platforms as well.
