I paid for a domain transfer and 2 extra yola years-it could not be transferred so I would like that money refunded. I just paid for two domains to be transferred and an additional 2 yola years and one of them is the same as the first try. It will go this time.
Unfortunately you didn't provide any information on your post for us to be able to find your Yola account in our system. Could you please tell us your login e-mail address (not your password)? Then we will be able to check your Yola account and find out what the problem is.
