Hello to all!

I wanted to know if something had happened to the Italian support, I've written a couple of times during the week but I never got an answer.
right now I'm paying an adwords campaign on my website and I need to insert a tracking code on the acknowledgments page after purchase.
how can I?

second question:
I have a monthly subscription, how do I know with a little advance when time expires?

thanks

Hello Stefania,
Italian support is only sporadically available at this time, but we are more than happy to help you in English anytime you would like.

I take it you are using the Ecwid online store? I am going to do some research into how to get the tracking code added to your thank you page but it will take me a bit of time, so I appreciate your patience.

If you'd like to email me at support@yola.com, make sure you email from the email address attached to your Yola account, and address it to Emmy I can help with your subscription dates. You may want to go on auto renew so that you don't have to worry about it.

AdWords help to follow. Thanks for your patience.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hello Stefania,
The tracking code for Google AdWords can be added directly from your Yola Online Store. Please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Online Store Tab
2. Click on Advanced Options (to the far right of the screen, small lettering)
3. Click on General
4. Click on Cart
5. Scroll down to the Checkout Settings area
6. Find Tracking code on "Thank you for your order" page
7. Click on Enable
8. Paste in your Google AdWords tracking code
9. Save and Publish your site

Let me know if you have any trouble with that and I'd be happy to further assist.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hi Stefani,
What codes were you wanting to add into the pages? The one above needs to go in that specific area. If there are other things you want to add let me know what they are and I'll help figure out where they go.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hello Emmy.
I'm trying to change your payment method and enter a credit card mastercard, but it tells me that the data are wrong.
But it is not true

Hi Stefania,
Could you send a support request to support@yola.com and we can go from there with any troubles you're having with payment methods. We'll be happy to help get things straightened out from there.

Thanks,
Emmy

Hi Stefania,
Are you wondering if your site looks the same on other's people's monitors as it does on yours, or are you possibly wondering about how it looks in different browsers? If you can tell me a bit more I will help.

Thanks,
Emmy

It should look the same on various browsers, is something looking different to you. Depending on the screen resolution people have and their monitor size things could look a bit different. Are you seeing something specific?
