After I was able to get Outlook to work on my laptop by change the SMTP setting, for some reason none of the emails I have received are showing on the we based email client, therefore if I am away from my laptop and want to check my emails on another device, I cannot.

I am also unable to receive emails on my iPhone and iPad.

Hi Dimitri,

I have seen this happen when a mailbox is set up on a device (mobile or tablet) and mail client (Outlook or Mac Mail) as POP, instead of IMAP.

A POP set up deletes your emails once they are downloaded to the device, whereas an IMAP setup does not remove the emails from the server once downloaded.

I suggest you delete your POP setups and set them up anew as IMAP instead. I also think it would be best if you changed your Yola Mail password too. To change your password using My Yola, please follow these steps:

- Log in to My Yola.
- Click on "Email".
- If your details are not open for your mailbox, click on the mailbox link "mailbox@mydomain.com" to open the settings.
- Select "Change mailbox password for 'mailbox''" to open the change password settings.
- Enter the new password that you would like to change to in the "Password" field, and confirm this in the " Confirm password" field.
- Click "Change password".

Let me know if you continue having trouble with this Dimitri!

Still no joy, I have tried setting it up as both IMAP and POP and neither of them work. I also changed my p/w but it made no difference at all.

I also still can't see any any emails at all when I log into emails from any web browser. Help!

Hi Dimitri,

I am glad I reached you and we were able to discuss this. As discussed, after troubleshooting this issue I believe it is a POP setup causing your emails to disappear. I will send you an email to an alternative email address within the next few moments as agreed.
