I have Yola Silver and is time to renew the membership.. but i want the 17.95 yola Bronze and the 9.96 yola Mail...totaling 27.91
The point is, the only option i have to renew is for 34.95 and up.
Question is if that pricing is for new members only? Customers get charged more for renewing?
Even more, how can i do it if only want to keep the mail and not the webpage?
help plz

Hello Mario,

From what it sounds like, you have a Yola Silver subscription but you would prefer to downgrade and renew Yola Bronze, our domain and hosting package.

The cost of purchasing .org domain is US$19.95, and the cost of purchasing a .com, .net, or .biz domain is US$34.95. Could you let me know more about the $17.95 Yola Bronze package you mentioned?

We understand your pricing concerns and how this may affect you and your business. We constantly evaluate if we are marketing our product to the best of our abilities and garnering the best value for these services so that we can continue to provide a place for you to build your website. We believe we offer a tremendous value when you consider the hosting, extensive Sitebuilding tools available, and award-winning support services included.

If you already have a domain, the price of renewing a domain is the same for new and existing users, and if you choose to renew your domain for two years you will receive a 14% discount with the total cost being US$59.90, or if you choose to renew for five years you will receive a 28% discount with the total cost being US$124.75.

You are welcome to use Yola Mail without having a published website, provided you keep your custom domain with Yola. You can then access your Yola Mailbox directly from your Yola account.

I hope this is helpful!
