Moving a community website out of my personal account and into a community account.

Dear Yola and Yola Community;

I would really like to transfer a website which I had built to another account. Currently I have this site in my personal account but it is actually a community website and as such I would like to transfer the site to a community account. I have two sites in my personal account, one is personal edited only by myself and the other is community edited by a couple of individuals. I will no longer be editing this website as I have moved away from the community.

I would like to move aikidoofcolchester.yolasite.com from truroyoga.brenda@gmail.com to truroaikido@gmail.com (I do NOT want truroyoga.yolasite.com to move, it must stay with truroyoga.brenda@gmail.com)

Please let me know if this is possible - it would be very highly appreciated to have this community website moved to the community email account so that I can keep my personal site more secure.

Thank you so much.

Hello Brenda

You're welcome, and yes, this is possible. However, I'd suggest that you send this request to our e-mail support for us to be able to verify that the true owner of the Yola account requests the site transfer. This is the best solution just for our users' general security, and I hope you will understand.

Please log into your Yola account and send your request again, using our Contact Support Form. Thanks.
