Please can you help I have tried to follow the following steps to move files from one folder to another,
but I am given no option to paste after right clicking in empty space . There is only an option to copy.

1. Click on the "File Manager" button in the Yola toolbar.
2. Right-click on the file and select "Copy".
3. Go to the new folder, right-click in the empty space and select paste.
4. Your picture will be pasted and you can go back and delete the older file by selecting right-click > delete.

Hi Syra,

I have just tried this with FF11 and it works as instructed.

I'm wondering if this glitch is a browser related issue? I can try it again with the browser you are using if you tell me what browser and the version number?

Hi Gop

I'm using Camino 2.1.2

What browser would you suggest using.

There are three recommended browsers: Firefox, Chrome and IE. FF and Chrome seem to be the most matched for use with the Yola Sitebuilder.

I have never used Camino so I can't give any comment on that browser.

I'm sure that Camino will perform well on your published Yola site but isn't specifically optimised for Yola Sitebuilder, which may mean there are sub-optimal matches for some functionality of the builder(?).

Hi Gop

I am not able to run the new version of Firefox or Chrome as I only have a Mac 10.4.11.

Tried it in Firefox 3.6.28 but still no paste .

Hi Syra,

Yola support use macs so I think that they may be able to jump in with relevant support on this issue for you.

FF3.6 is old and I guess it's still an unknown browser issue? I think you will get a fix on this quite quickly.

The other way maybe to use the shortcut keys for both copying and pasting the file? {Command-C and Command-V}

Hi Gop .

I agree it probably is a browser issue. I tried the Command C & V to no avail.

This is another potential workaround: Upload your images into the new folders from your Mac. Then delete the unwanted files from their original folders?
