is it possible? for instance I have a page that I've called "international" and I've posted items alphabetically but, now I'd like to sort them into categories. Can this be done without breaking the link and recreating it? Thanks.

As long as the page that the link is going to you can just copy and paste. I have done that to an entire page before.

You just did a simple copy and paste and it worked? I was afraid to try thinking I would lose the link, thanks lamb!

lambofgod replied to"Wait hold on! I just tried it to make sure and it depends on the link! When you set up the link did you do it with the Page option or External. The copy and paste only works with the External. Sorry if you used the Page option. I didn't realize it only worked with external links till now.
My bad."

An internal link, within the page. Strange that your comment doesnt show here....

I know it was like it disappeared?!? I think that was around when the just did a bug fix when Get Satisfaction is offline for like 2 seconds. I just tried it again and it seemed to work with both kind of links. What is it like for you? Is it working?

Nope, I get " 404. Sorry, that page does not exist" looks like I will have to recreate the links, luckily its not that many, just trying to find the lazy woman's way out... :o) Thanks.

Yeah sorry it didn't work out. Maybe this could be a future option for Yola. I wonder if it could be a browser issue?

Hi Rizan

I just came across this thread - sorry for the late reply.

Page links are dependent on the Page URL - so if you create a new page, or rename a page, your link will break and you will have to redo it. Sounds like you already discovered this and I am glad it is not too many in your case.

I just wanted to confirm for the sake of anyone else who might read this.

OK this is very good but, strange. I moved around the links, cut and paste method, arranged items by category, saved and then opened preview page just to be sure all looked right before I started re linking my items. I noticed as I moved the mouse that I was getting the little hand (whatever its called) as I moved over items, wouldn't you know it the links DIDN'T break........last night 2 did but, today all were good! Strange....but good!

If the code remains the same and the URL is valid it will link to its intended page.
