I love Yola and usually manage to solve my problems via the use of your excellent online forum but the mp3 widget is driving me crazy! Yesterday, I managed to successfully embed it in 9/10 of my songs (all were working except Wake Up). Today, I still can't do Wake Up and the others don't seem to be working. Perhaps you are having some tech problems and they will pass...Thanks!

Hey Maxxish,

Could you post a link to the page that is having the problem so that we can take a look?

Hi Marjie
What a quick reply! Thanks!
a link from the actual website is http://www.maxxishworld.com/maxxish_m...
the URL for the music file is http://maxxishworld.yolasite.com/reso... Up_Music.mp3

when I began typing this email, the widget didn't respond. now I tried it again, and it plays a bit of the song and then stops. however, the file is complete according to its size in the Yola file manager.

this song is working at the moment http://www.maxxishworld.com/maxxish_m...
the URL for the music file is http://maxxishworld.yolasite.com/reso...

if you need more info, please let me know.

Thanks for posting the links Lisa. If you are trying to use the mp3 player from the Widgetbox Gallery and are having trouble getting it to work properly, this is due to a bug with the widget. However, there is a workaround available so that you can use the exact same widget.

To do this:

1. Go to http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/mp3-p...
2. On the left hand side you will see the options available for customizing your widget. Where it says "Music URL", this is where you need to put your music URL.
3. After you have made your customizations, click on the green "Get Widget" button.
4. Copy the embed code.
5. Back in the Sitebuilder drag and drop an HTML Widget onto your page and paste in the embed code.

Your audio file should now be embedded on the page. To test that it is working properly Preview the page. If it does not, check to make sure that the path to the audio file was entered properly.

Alternatively, you can take a look at the other options we have: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...
