Help loading products to Online Store

I need help getting products onto my online store. When I go to Online Store, I get a blank box with no other instruction or apparent input icons or instructions. Help!!

Hello Edward,

The very first thing I suggest is to clear your browser cache. Similar issues have been observed previously so I hope this is your solution. Please let us know if this doesn't work or if you would like extra info.

I just cleared the browser cache (using Chrome). I still get nothing. I may try using another browser. I 'm new on Yola and really appreciate your help.

Hello Edward,

Let us know how you got on and details of your second choice browser.

I have noticed that the Online Store is exceptionally slow currently but I can only say that is at my location and it's not necessarily a valid measurement of all users access.

Hey Gop,

Firefox works great!! Still not working correctly in my Chrome browser. I guess I will just continue to use Firefox. Thanks for your help.
