I'd like to load MSN Messenger IM Control onto my webpage. I've gotten so far, but it keeps saying I'm offline, when I am online? Any ideas? (btw I have ticked the allow anyone on the web to see my presence & send me messages!) Thanks!

Hi Michelle,

Could you post your site's URL so that we can take a look?

This is likely to be a setting on your MSN Messenger account and here are the FAQs: http://messenger.msn.com/help/.

I'm not sure if this will help:
1. Click the MSN Messenger icon in the taskbar (next to the clock), and then click Exit.
2. Start Microsoft® Internet Explorer.
3. On the File menu, ensure that Work Offline is not checked. If it is checked, click Work Offline to turn it off.
4. Try to sign in to MSN Messenger again.

Hi Marije

Thanks for replying. I've looked at the help link you provided & went into the more detailed help. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's a problem with my actual msn messenger. I think it has something to do with the html code or authorities on my website? www.greencoffee800australia.com

Thanks!

Hello Michelle

Marije is currently offline right now. I hope you don't' mind me stepping in on her behalf.

Would you mind sharing with me where you got the code from? I'd like to try this on my site and see if I can get it to work. Then, I can let you know what to do.

Hi Sanja

Thanks for getting back to me. I got the code from windows live im control. There's seems to have been a glitch in their system (according to their forum). It's been fixed, and is now working on my site! Phew!!

I do have another question though.. i'd like to add sub directories under my main headings, as I'd like to incorporate different products onto my website, in the coming weeks. ie I'd like to put all of the Green Coffee products under the one heading (so the slimming tea, green coffee 800 pure black etc all goes under the Green coffee 800 main "tab"). Is there a simple way to do this?
Thanks!

Hi Michelle,

I think you're looking to create subpages - is that right? You can find those steps on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

You can then link up all the pages using images or text links on the main page.

I hope that helps!
