Multi-currency? A different currency required for each website...

I have 1 account, but 3 stores on seperate websites. Each one uses a different currency. 1 in USD, 1 in GBP, 1 in EUR. Now i can only enter GBP into the products that are uploaded, but to be sold into another site that should be trading in EUR. But if i change to EUR in the options, then all items are also changed to EUR. That is not what i want. Is it possible to seperate the online store characteristics and currencies?

Hello Wing,

A very convenient converter for your store is offered by Dynamic Converter.

The free subscription allows users to hover over the price values and select the currency of their choice. The paid subscription has the inbuilt intelligence to detect the users origin from their internet connection and automatically offer the prices in their own currency. It works very well for the Ecwid Online Store used by Yola with specific code offered to add for this Store.

The converter allows you to enter the price in your own currency as you would normally do.

Hello wing

As far as I know this is not possible. This is because you in fact don't have separate Online Stores. It's the same store, but you just display different categories on your websites. Settings like currencies will therefore be applied to all products of your Yola Online Store.

If you create separate Yola accounts, you can have different Online Stores.

Our Online Store partner ecwid is aware of the request of this feature: Dynamic Currency Conversion. There is a link to vote for this feature.

Maybe some of our users have more ideas on this topic and will be able to help you with a workaround.

You can use Dynamic Converter on different sites and it will work as a separate process. It is related specifically to a page and not your catalogue of products. You could have 10 pages on a given store and their may be 200 people viewing your pages from 30 countries. Each viewer would be able to see the currency that they select without affecting any other page.

Similarly you may have 5 sites for example with different categories displayed on each store and each of them can be viewed as a separate currency by each viewer.

Worth while checking it out.

Hi Gop, thank you for your comment. I'm not quite sure, but I think I remember that you posted a detailed response on Dynamic Converter for another user the other day. However, I can't find the thread. Do you maybe remember and could you post the link?

Was there another that you recall?

happy to give a summary if you want me to. Gop.

Not sure if I was thinking of another thread, but yes, that's the link I meant. It would be awesome if you'd be keen to give a summary here for us to refer future users with the same question.
