Multiple Online Stores

Hi I have 2 companies with to separate web addresses under 1 yola account. I'm now starting to build online stores into the two websites however when i've tried a trial run it comes up on an invoice with the 1 companies name and not the other of where people buy the product/s. As well as if they "pay" for the product/s it goes back to the store where is shows the 2 categories of the completely different companies. Is there anyway i can prevent this from happening?

Hi Avian,

The Yola online store is an account level feature meaning you can add it to all of your Yola websites. While you can change the look and feel of the store from site to site, as well as the category you choose to display, the navigation cannot be changed nor can the invoicing.

The only way to have two totally separate company stores is to create them in separate Yola accounts.

Hello Avian,

You can overcome the appearance of the two categories by selection of a specific category(s) in any one store.

The invoice heading is related to your Merchant account name and the way I have overcome this in PayPal is to give the account a very neutral non-product aligned name. eg: ACME Stores. This title will then appear on your payment advice. This probably varies depending on the Gateway selected. You may also like to investigate to see if there's an option for users to select various gateways??
