Hi,

I was reading all that about the music that starts playing as soon as you enter the site...there's this part about placing the URL code into index.html page. Where is that in syntha site?? I am not sure where exactly is the code supposed to be pasted in. Is it html editor, or is it edit html toolbar under the text tool? Also, there are different versions of exact URL of the file you have to paste in, besides obviously the specific name of the song (some http://www.yoursite.com/music/musicfi... is it, I am so turned around? Appreciate your help, thanks

Jakub

Hi Jakub,

The page called "index" in the Site Builder is your default home page and the first page your site will open on.

Have you uploaded the mp3 or music file, you would like to play on your page onto your SynthaSite, by using the File Manager button at the top of your page?

1. In the Widgetbox dialogue box, once you have selected the Google Audio widget, click on 'Settings'
2. Change the url to something like: http ://mysite.synthasite.com/resources/song.mp3
- Where 'mysite' is the name of your published site
- And song.mp3 is the name of the music file you've uploaded and would like to hear
- Remember to include any folder names in the file path if your file is stored in a folder in the File Manager. For example: "resources/Music/song.mp3"
3. Republish your site for the changes to occur live on the internet.

Please ignore the space between the http and : , I added this in it to stop GS from interpreting the code.

Primo, I was retarded and with a maniacal passion went to MP3, instead of google audio widget some two thousand times or so, but I'm passed that...

Well, I have tried to do this now, but with no results...seems like I'm pasting it right , but I do not see there any settings there to click on??

Hello,
If your audio file is already in your file manager the url would be in this format: http://mysite.com/resources/mysong.mp3

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
